Summary:
Technically Jinzora is not DLNA/UPnP media server, so it won't appear on your Playstation like any other media server. Nevertheless you can access and enjoy your content with PS3 internet browser (and with an internet browser on any PC in the world for that matter).
It does require to presinstall and configure a webserver with PHP and MySQL (see below), users who have no knowledge of relevant applications might want to consider going for some other media server.

Our take:
If you like the idea of using a web browser for accessing your media files, and you only need it on MS Windows platform, you might want to look at Orb media server instead, since it does not require pre-installation of a webserver to work.
